An intensive multi-system youth program developed by Boundless includes residential, applied behavioral analysis (ABA), mental health treatment and education services by braiding funding from multiple systems of care and has been replicated across the state of Ohio resulting in new state-developed funding models in the Medicaid program to promote the model. The panel will discuss the program models and the process used to bring together funders and stakeholders from separate systems to create a sustainable program model to meet the needs of these highest acuity youth and their families.

Describe effective models of building a comprehensive treatment and support program for multi-system youth.
Discuss effective approaches to building multi-system funding collaborations to meet the needs of multi-system youth and their families.
Describe approaches that bring together multi-disciplinary teams, multiple settings of care and use a range of modalities to meet the needs of youth with high acuity symptoms of autism and other mental health diagnoses with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
