Since 2018, many provider organizations have received SAMHSA CCBHC Expansion Grants but are uncertain of the various federal compliance requirements concerning allowable costs, drawdowns and reporting. We will provide an overview and highlight the applicable federal grant regulations and uniform guidance compliance requirements. You’ll leave with better understanding about the processes and internal controls a CCBHC can establish to ensure compliance with such requirements as well as guidance on federal financial reporting.
