Suicide is the second leading cause of death in youth ages 10-24 and it is estimated that there are 25 suicide attempts for one death by suicide. My Life is Worth Living is an animated series about youth mental health designed by a team of doctors, social workers and suicide experts to model research-backed suicide prevention strategies. Find out how viewers of this series will be inspired by the stories of five relatable teens finding a path to help, healing and hope.

Learning Objectives:

Identify risk factors of suicide and distinguish which factors or youth may be at the highest risk in your community.
Acquire free tools to support students at risk of suicide that are accessible to all students and staff including those in rural or low-income communities.
Create an action plan to utilize available resources and curriculum to improve student mental wellness.
