During the COVID-19 pandemic, telehealth overcame its tipping point to become a mainstream method of providing mental health care. More complex solutions like technology-enabled care, smartphone applications and artificial intelligence are growing rapidly, but aren’t yet standard. Technology-enabled care will be the defining advancement of mental health services over the next decade. We will review the trends shaping this movement and provide forecasts of what the future holds. You’ll gain the tools you need to think about how to implement technological solutions that make clinical and financial sense.
