Registration Fees
Group Registration Discount
Take advantage of the group discount. By purchasing two registrations at full price, you will get $50 off the full Conference rate for each member of your group you register thereafter. Please contact us if you need assistance.
Only one discount can be applied per attendee.
Young Leaders Program
The Young Leaders NatCon22 cohort has reached capacity, as well as the waitlist. We will not be accepting new Young Leaders applications at this time. If you have submitted for the waitlist, we will reach out if a spot becomes available to you, but we cannot guarantee acceptance to the program if you have chosen to enter an application to the waitlist.
NatCon22 Scholarship Opportunity
The scholarship application has closed for NatCon22 and our winners have been notified. We will be offering scholarships again for NatCon23. Please be sure to subscribe to the National Council emails to recieve notice when the NatCon23 scholarship application is live in late Fall 2022.
Registration Cancellation
Requests for registration refunds due to cancellation must be received in writing and emailed to Conference@TheNationalCouncil.org. A service fee of $100 will be deducted from all refunds of cancellation requests received prior to Monday, March 7, 2022. Registrants who do not cancel prior to Monday, March 7, 2022, and do not attend will be responsible for the full registration fee. Unclaimed registration fees cannot be transferred to a future NatCon.
Registration Substitution
Paid registrants unable to attend the meeting may send an alternate. Substitution requests must be received in writing. A completed Substitution Form can be emailed to Showcare at NatCon@Showcare.com. A service fee of $50 will be charged for each substitution. Substitutions can be made at any time. Participant or organization will be responsible for the fee. Unclaimed registration fees cannot be transferred to a future NatCon.
