Priority Points
NYSSBA’ priority points system places value on the relationship between the exhibitor, our members and NYSSBA. Priority Points are used for reserving booth space at our Annual Convention & Education Expo. Points are awarded to any company exhibiting or sponsoring and are earned on the following basis:
- One point is earned for each year of participation in the Education Expo.
- Points are earned based on sponsorship amounts since 2006. One (1) point is awarded for every $1,000 in sponsorship spend.
Mergers and Acquisitions
When two or more companies merge, the new company will retain the highest-level points. All other point amounts will be lost.
Forfeiture of Priority Points
Priority Points will be lost if a company does not exhibiting within a 4-year time span.
Ties
In the event of a tie, companies will be ordered alphabetically.
