F.L. Andrew Padian has vast experience in building science, sustainability, resilience, and energy/financial analysis of buildings. He has performed detailed energy and financial analysis in thousands of multifamily, commercial, and industrial buildings. His past clients included: private building owners; community development agencies; schools, universities, and other training entities; utilities; environmental organizations; and emerging professionals seeking to get into the field. He has created or helped create many nationally acclaimed programs, training and certification for field practitioners, and has mentored dozens of professionals in the field today. Mr. Padian is a frequent contributor to energy and sustainable publications, and has spoken at numerous universities and conferences across the country (NESEA Building Energy, Home Performance/Affordable Comfort Conference, Apartment World, National Weatherization Conference, National Multifamily Conference to name a few). His commitment to the field extends to his extensive volunteer involvement in sustainable non-profit organizations and mentoring.
