Cornelia Wu is a Building Policy Manager at Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnerships (NEEP). She is a registered architect and LEED AP BD+C. She brings to her role 17 years of experience in design, management, and construction. At NEEP she provides technical assistance on codes and standards to 13 states in the NEEP region and facilitates the Maine Energy Code Collaborative. She is currently partnering with states to disseminate NEEP research on the energy efficiency benefits of off-site construction, as well as trends regarding remote virtual inspections. She is the project manager for the Total Energy Pathways Workforce program, which aims to grow and diversify the energy efficiency workforce throughout the northeast, with an emphasis on training women and BIPOC.
