Jacqueline Berger is the President and Co-founder of APPRISE, a nonprofit research institute. Her areas of expertise are study design, data analysis, survey research, and performance measurement. Her recent work focuses on low-income solar, energy efficiency, and energy bill payment assistance; market-rate residential energy efficiency programs; and non-energy impacts from energy efficiency programs. These programs are run by federal and state government agencies, utility companies, and nonprofit organizations around the country.
