Andrea Schroer is the WAP Director of the National Association for State Community Services Programs (NASCSP). Prior to joining NASCSP in 2020, Andrea served as the Senior Program Manager for the Georgia Environmental Finance Authority for 11 years. She managed $26M in State Energy Programs, delivering renewable energy and energy efficiency projects in addition to managing Georgia’s weatherization assistance program (WAP).
Andrea earned a B.S. in Communications Systems Management from Ohio University and an M.S. in Environmental Policy and Management from the American Military University. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with decades of program management experience and dedicated to empowering states to deliver successful WAP programs that conserve energy and improve lives. Andrea serves on the Board of Directors for the National Energy and Utility Affordability Coalition (NEUAC).
