Would you be surprised if I told you most people couldn't answer that question correctly? The last time I attended this event (2018), I followed the HVAC track and found that very few people, including the presenters, knew what correct airflow was for a heat pump or fuel-fired system. Please don't take this as me throwing shade on this conference because I have found that conferences centered around HVAC have the same number of people, including presenters that don't know what correct airflow is. Come hang out with me, and you will understand what correct airflow is following the guidance in ACCA Manual S, the industry standard for equipment selection. Proper equipment selection dictates correct airflow. If your job has anything to do with system airflow and you are unfamiliar with the guidance Manual S, I promise you there will be at least a few ah-ha moments in the hour and a half we will spend together.
