Starting a healthy homes program can seems like a tough nut to crack and there is no ‘one size fits all model.’ This workshop will bring together different healthy home program models to provide a robust and comprehensive vision of programs and the various approaches that can be taken. Presenters will address program design and evaluation, lessons learned, and partnerships created. NYSERDA and APPRISE will discuss design, implementation, and evaluation considerations of the NYS Healthy Homes Value-Based Payment (VBP) Pilot, a joint initiative of NYSERDA and the NYS Department of Health currently in progress. ICRT will describe the development of a partnership between Healthy Home Evaluators and a local hospital to provide Healthy Home interventions in low-income households. In addition, using the 6 Healthier Homes pilots launched in 2021, CLEAResult will highlight the potential onramps across the separate areas of program delivery that you can bring into your own program, and discuss the results, findings, and lessons learned of the work in more than 200 homes across various clients.
