The Workforce has become a significant challenge for WAP and Home Performance Contractors alike. As Weatherization funding increases, this workforce challenge becomes even more critical to solve in order to serve the number of households needed. This session will share results from the NASCSP Workforce Committee as well as lessons learned elsewhere (and being learned elsewhere). Lessons learned so far and ideas on retention, recruitment, and other workforce related matters will be discussed.
