The goal of this session is to help companies and specifically, energy auditors and sales professionals, understand key concerns of homeowners about and ensure successful installations of electrification technologies such as heat pumps and power production.
This session will present and discuss the sales techniques, information provided to homeowners, and processes that have successfully been developed and in use to sell whole house electrification to homeowners. We will cover everything from the initial interaction to identifying electrification potential in the house to educating, discussing, and overcoming objections to electrification technologies with homeowners.
