If you have been a part of the Weatherization Assistance Program for any time at all, you realize it is a difficult program to manage and implement. Within this challenging task are numerous moving pieces with people behind each piece. How do you keep those pieces working together? How do you manage those pieces to keep the WAP moving forward? The answer, to some degree, is professional relationship development. Understanding each person's role and where their piece needs to fit is key to developing an effective WAP at both the Grantee and Sub-grantee level. This session will explore the importance of relationships at all levels of the WAP.
Learning Objectives:
By attending this session, attendees will:
Learn the importance of cultivating and maintaining professional relationships within the Weatherization Assistance Program
