Fred Massoomi is currently a Director, Sterile Compounding Compliance with Option Care Health, where he provides assessments and guidance to Option Care Facilties with the ultimate goal of providing medications to patients in the safest manner.
Prior to his work with Option Care Health, Fred has worked with multiple acute care Pharmacy Departments, and led great teams with embracing and implementing programs based on best practices, safety guidelines, safe hazardous drug handling and proper disposal of pharmaceutical drug waste. In an effort to educate healthcare providers on the risks and best practices to protect themselves and the environment, he has had the opportunity to present at numerous national and international meetings.
