I am the Intake Quality Assurance Manager; my primary role is to ensure all policies and procedures are implemented and followed through with all departments who are involved in patient care. In addition to identifying and observing patients’ outcomes and working with clinical and non-clinical teams to continually improve overall patient positive outcomes. I also provide statistical analysis of our overall data, problem-solving, and training within the organization.
