Bill Dombi is the President of the National Association for Home Care & Hospice (NAHC) where he serves also as the Director, Center for Health Care Law and the Executive Director, Home Care and Hospice Financial Managers Association.
Bill has specialized in legal, legislative, and regulatory advocacy on behalf of patients and providers of home health and hospice care for over 40 years. He has been involved in virtually all legal, legislative, and regulatory efforts affecting home care and hospice since 1976. He is a litigator, lobbyist, and health care policy expert.
Bill is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and numerous federal courts across the country as well as a longstanding and active member of the ABA and American Health Law Association.
