Ashley earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Sacramento State University in 2007 and completed her Master of Science in Organization Development from Pepperdine University in 2017. She began here career working for the California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS) in the Sustainable Investment Office where she focused on improving corporate board diversity and developing knowledge management systems. Ashley joined UC Davis Health in 2017 as part of the Value Department - an internal consulting team within the Medical Center. She transitioned to the Department of Pharmacy Services in 2020, leading and facilitating work for strategy, organizational culture and continuous improvement.
Ashley’s approach is anchored in human centered design and helping people think differently. She is passionate about creating spaces where everyone is able to contribute their talents and feel good about their work.
