Eric Bauer is a board-certified sterile compounding pharmacist and a Senior Consultant at Central Admixture Pharmacy Services or CAPS.
Eric graduated from St. John’s University in Queens, New York, in 1990. In a career that has spanned over 30 years, Eric has mostly worked at CAPS, which is one of the nation's largest networks of sterile compounding pharmacies. As a cleanroom pharmacist, a Staff Trainer, a Pharmacy Director, and a Quality Assurance Regional Manager for CAPS, Eric has been involved with compounding thousands of bags of parenteral nutrition.
In his current role, Eric provides sterile compounding consulting to pharmacy customers to help them improve the quality and safety of their own sterile compounding programs.
