Dr. Alissa Putman is a licensed psychologist, Founder and Principal of AGP Consultation and Coaching and an Organization Development and Training Consultant with Johns Hopkins Community Physicians. She has over twenty years of experience providing support to mid and senior level professionals in healthcare and higher education, specializing in executive coaching, leadership development, change management, conflict management and team development. As a consulting psychologist, Dr. Putman provides consultative and coaching services to corporations, organizations and other work groups to promote and maintain the well-being of professionals and to maximize individual and organizational, engagement, performance and productivity. To that end, Dr. Putman has developed and delivered over 300 trainings related to stress management, coping with competing priorities, combating negativity in the workplace, managing change and building resiliency, building effective teams, increasing employee engagement and decreasing job burnout. She has taught both undergraduate and graduate courses at various colleges including: University of Baltimore, Howard Community College, University of Maryland, College Park, and University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Dr. Putman received her BA in psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park, and her PhD in counseling psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She is certified to administer and interpret the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Emotional Quotient Inventory, What Motivates Me Assessment and is a certified Unconscious Bias trainer and Just Culture trainer.
