“Research” is one of three NHIF initiatives and is based on the need for more data within the home infusion industry. Data that substantiates the value, safety, and quality of home infusion services is essential. Most important, research is needed for evidence-based decision-making. To assist in advancing and disseminating research, NHIF has developed a Research Certification Program and has launched the INFUSION Journal. This roundtable will introduce the five-unit online Research Certification Program by providing an outline of the program and sharing the program workbook. The INFUSION Journal is a peer reviewed, scholarly publication that features independent original research. This session will provide information on how to submit to the journal and include information on the review process.
