Environmental monitoring is a necessary requirement to ensure patient safety. This session will provide SCC participants with information on building a robust environmental monitoring plan and how to respond when action levels are exceeded or when trends are identified to indicate a problem exists. This session will also include information on how to partner with a certification company and how to interpret and analyze the reports.
