COVID-19 Policy and Precautions

As part of NHIA’s commitment to hold a safe event and meet all federal, state and local rules and regulations for large events, NHIA is updating the rules for participation in the March 12-16 NHIA 2022 Conference at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee (“Nashville Conference”) pursuant to Tennessee’s recently issued laws pertaining to COVID-19 (House Bill No. 9077 / Senate Bill No. 9014).

To continue to help protect attendees and staff and mitigate the risks associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, but also comply with Tennessee law, for entry to NHIA’s Nashville Conference, in person attendees may present either (i) proof of their completion of a COVID-19 vaccination series or (ii) proof of a negative COVID-19 test within forty-eight (48) hours of first day of attending the event

There will still be virtual options for attendees who do not wish to comply with the listed precautions or who are unable to travel. In addition, all sessions will be recorded and provided to all attendees after the conference.

We will continue to monitor and adhere to CDC recommendations, any local mandates, and precautions established by the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center and additional event venues.
