Kaytria Stauffer, SHRM-CP is the Director of Business Operations at A Step Up Academy (ASUA). ASUA is a small, private, non-profit school for children with autism in grades Preschool through 8th. She is honored to have worked for ASUA since their inception in 2013 and, as the Director of Business Operations, she handles all human resource, finance, payroll, graphic design and branding, and facility functions.
