This session will explore best practices to avoid risk and liability associated with fundraising events and explain important legal requirements regarding fundraising, gifts and donations, endowments, capital campaigns and acknowledgments. This interactive session will also provide helpful tips to ensure your school avoids cost and liability associated with fundraising and donations.
