Dr. Klein has cared for infants born at 22 weeks gestation at Iowa for over 15 years and has lectured both nationally and internationally on this subject. He has held site visits for multidisciplinary teams from both private and academic centers at Iowa in the pre-pandemic era and during the pandemic has conducted virtual grand rounds on the Management of Infants Born at 22 weeks gestation as well as workshops for both the AAP and VON. The team at Iowa has been publishing on this topic since 2012.
