I am a Clinical Nurse Specialist in a 70 bed level 4 NICU in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I have oversight for orientation, education, evidence based practice and research. We have grown quickly and are in a constant state of orientation with up to 20 plus staff in orientation at time each month. Developing nursing practice is my passion. I enjoy translating new evidence into practice and advancing practice.. I especially enjoy developmental care, care of the high risk less than 28 week infants, providing innovative education strategies and partnering with our interdisciplinary colleague to maximum care to our infants and their families.
