Kimberly Roeloffs, DNP, MPH, NNP-BC, APNP

Dr. Kim Roeloffs is an experienced neonatal nurse practitioner at a level IV Children’s Hospital as well as practices in community-based hospitals. She serves in a variety of roles at her Children’s Hospital and has been actively involved in several quality improvement research projects. Her interest in leadership has led to her role as the Treasurer for the State of Wisconsin NANN Chapter, where she focuses on facilitating educational opportunities for neonatal care providers. She is a strong advocate for evidence-based practice and consistency in care, which has aided in her ability to evolve her institution’s protocol post-operative pain management.
