RT with the Trach Team responsible for educating/training new tracheostomy patient caregivers. This includes 2 trach classes, ventilator classes, cpr, high fidelity manikin tracheostomy emergency simulation and room in prior to discharge. Also weekly tracheostomy rounds to assess all inpatient tracheostomy patients with other disciplines involved as well.
