The cognitive changes following COVID-19 have garnered significant public interest since the start of the pandemic. Designated as a post-acute sequela of SARS-CoV-2 infection (PASC), “cognitive PASC” can impact young working adults, including those who had a mild case. This talk will review the clinical presentation and natural course of cognitive PASC , discuss potential risk factors, offer clinical management strategies, and present the recently proposed neuropathogenesis.
