PsyD Candidate
The Wright Institute
Brian Peacock, M.A. is a Psy.D. candidate at The Wright Institute with a focus area in neuropsychological assessment and a Psychology Resident at Denver Health. Peacock is working towards becoming a neuropsychologist while concurrently pursuing a passion for psychedelic research. He recently completed his dissertation, “Applications of psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy across personalities and psychopathologies: An integrative literature review with meta-analysis.” In his present clinical work, Peacock works with inmates at the Denver City Jail and in the Psychiatric Emergency Services at Denver Health. In the spring, he will complete a rotation in adult neuropsychological assessment to complement his experience in pediatric neuropsychology that he gained last year at the Center for Assessment and Treatment in Chevy Chase, MD. Before starting his psychology training, Peacock worked in technology as a programmer, user interface designer, and product manager. He hopes to someday integrate his penitent for technology with the humanistic practice of psychology.
