Developing Young Leaders: A Talent Development Pathways Approach

How do you identify and develop a student’s own leadership style while nurturing their unique interests across disciplines? Center for Talent Development’s (CTD) Civic Education Project has designed developmental, interdisciplinary curricular approaches and models for nurturing leadership skills and application of these skills to real-world topics. Presenters will share tips, tools, programs, and curriculum the team has developed to help students build their leadership capacity through skills including communication, teamwork, critical and creative thinking, and problem solving.
