Julie Klusas Gasper is an attorney and the mother of three gifted children. She received her Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Notre Dame, her Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center and is currently finishing a Master of Arts from Ball State University in educational psychology with a concentration in gifted education. Julie combines her expertise as an attorney and her knowledge of gifted education (both from her education and her experiences as a parent) to serve as the Advocacy Chair for the Indiana Association for the Gifted. Julie believes that all children have the right to learn every day and is a passionate advocate for gifted children and their families.
