Participants in this session will learn about ongoing efforts to increase gifted identification and promote whole school STEM improvement in one rural and low SES Appalachian community. Presenters will share successes and learning experiences from three years of a five-year Javits grant, including findings on the efficacy of Code.org interventions, expected and unexpected outcomes of using the Renzulli Scales, and more.
