Short description: Engaging parents and families of gifted Hispanic/Latino students requires a differentiated approach. Simply put, different parents and families require different forms of engagement. Local context should determine what parent engagement looks like. In this session, participants are provided information on how to make adjustments based on the demographics of the Hispanic/Latino parents and families they are engaging.
