Su-Jeong Lee is a second year doctoral student in Nutritional Sciences at Oklahoma State University. Before her current program, she received B.S in Biology at Kyunghee University, Seoul, South Korea. Her research interest is the effect of nutrient-gene interaction on aging associated diseases (Type 2 Diabetes, Alzheimer’s disease) by seeking molecular and cellular mechanisms of aging (cellular senescence and deregulated gut-brain nutrient sensing).
