Tina Rousselot de Saint Céran serves as Director of International Student and Scholar Services at Georgia Institute of Technology overseeing immigration and support services for international students, scholars, and families. Tina is a doctoral student in the University of Georgia’s Learning, Leadership, and Organizational Development Ph.D. program. She holds a MBA from Clemson University and a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Austin Peay State University. Tina previously served as NAFSA’s Chair and Chair-Elect of the Knowledge Community for International Student and Scholar Services from 2019 to 2021, prior to that she served as NAFSA's International Scholar Advising Network Leader, South Carolina Association of International Educators (SCAIE) Chair, and as the SCAIE ISSS representative. Tina currently serves as the Past Chair and ISSS representative on NAFSA's 2022 Annual Conference Committee and is an active Trainer Corps member.
