Dr. Daniel Saud is the Director of International Admissions at Washington State University where he overseas admissions and recruitment of international students to all six campuses. Dr. Saud’s career spans over a decade in graduate and international admissions at various colleges and universities in the United States, India, and the British West Indies. He began his career at Ross University of Medicine and Health Sciences and later joined Manipal Global Education upon their acquisition of American University of Antigua. Prior to joining Washington State University system, he served as Director of Admissions / AVP of Admissions for Rosalind Franklin University – Chicago Medical School. Dr. Saud earned his doctoral degree from Vanderbilt University Peabody College of Education under the mentorship of Dr. John Braxton. His research examined the impact of financial aid and loan-free initiatives on international and marginalized college students. His undergraduate studies were completed at Hawaii Pacific University. He also holds a master’s degree is in higher education from Merrimack College and has served as DAAD Research Fellow at Technical University Berlin.
