Jim McLaughlin is Assistant Vice President, Community Development & Partnerships, IC3 Movement. He is an educator and lifelong learner at heart and has dedicated his career to college counseling and student success. He traveled to more than 30 countries during his 15+ years in international admissions and student services at Chestnut Hill College and Drexel University, located in Philadelphia. Prior to joining the IC3 team full-time in September 2019, Jim directed the Office of International Students and Scholars Services at Drexel University where he led a team of eight professionals serving 5,000+ students and scholars. He has been involved with the IC3 Movement since 2016, first in volunteer-based committee roles, and has held several IC3 leadership positions, including Chair of both the Outreach Committee (2016-17) and the University Committee (2017-18). Jim currently resides in the Philadelphia suburbs with his family.
