Amy Conger directs the Center for Global Health Equity at the University of Michigan, where she also served as the Associate Vice Provost for Global Engagement and Director of International Programs in Engineering. Amy has special interests in capacity sharing and institutional partnerships in low- and middle-income countries; STEM education abroad; and the assessment of engaged learning. She has developed and led student programs Africa, East Asia, and Europe and teaches courses on international and comparative higher education and engineering across cultures at U-M. Amy is a frequent workshop facilitator and a NAFSA Trainer Corp member. She earned her Ph.D. in Higher Education and Public Policy from the University of Michigan and her B.S. and M.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
