Dr. Tracey Hidalgo has been working with international students, scholars and employees at the University of Toledo for over seven years. In addition to her daily role as the Assistant Director where her responsibility is to oversee the Office of International Student and Scholars Services, she is the staff advisor for three international student organizations. Dr. Hidalgo has seen both sides of the immigration field as she came to the U.S. as an F-1 student almost 18 years ago, and has gone through several non-immigrant, and immigrant processes in the United States. Immigration is not just a job for Dr. Hidalgo; it is a way of life. She is from the Caribbean and her spouse is South American, with additional family members in Europe. She looks forward to continuing her exciting career working in the International Education field.
