Anne M. D’Angelo, Ph.D., has worked in international education and development for more than twenty five years, serving as chair of NAFSA's Teaching, Learning, and Scholarship Knowledge Community, leader of the Colloquium on Business Education, and past keynote for NAFSA's Research Symposium. She is Assistant Dean at the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota where she leads the internationalization strategy including institutional partnerships, education abroad programs, offshore global executive MBA programs, and intercultural initiatives. D'Angelo also serves as adjunct graduate faculty member in the College of Education and Human Development and is a certified executive and life coach. Prior to her work in Minnesota, D'Angelo worked overseas in Central and Eastern Europe, Republic of Georgia and Japan. She earned her M.A. and Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota in Organizational Leadership, Policy and Development with a specialization in Comparative and International Development Education. D'Angelo is co-editor of the 2022 publication "Mestenhauser and the Possibilities of International Education: Illuminating Pathways for Inquiry and Future Practice."
