Shannon Ingleby is the International Student Advisor at Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids, IA. She started her career in International Education while teaching and living in China. In her current role at Kirkwood, she serves as the PDSO, specializing in F1 student visa advising, new student orientation and international admissions and recruitment. She was also the Region IV NAFSA Academy Coach for two consecutive years and serves on the NAFSA Region IV team. Shannon holds an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adler University and a B.A. in Psychology from Central College.
