Rebecca serves as the central coordinating hub for three distinct units within the Office of International Education, Diversity and Inclusion at University of Portland: ISS, DEI, and Ed Abroad. She enjoys the wide scope of her work and the strong on-campus network she has as a result. Whether she is advising students as a DSO or planning a program to engage the UP community in critical conversations around social justice, Rebecca strives to listen first, and act second.
