Lindsay Pepper is the Director of International Student and Scholar Services & Outreach at Appalachian State University and has been involved in Trainer Corps and the ISS-RP Committee. Lindsay advises students and scholars as a PDSO and RO, as well as supports international faculty through the H-1B process. She also coordinates a variety of outreach programs which connect international students and scholars with the campus and local communities. Lindsay holds an M.A. in International Studies and a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management from University of Oregon; she completed her B.A. at Wittenberg University.
