ExplOregon: Lessons from a Sociocultural Integration Initiative for Students

The explOregon program organized highly visible sociocultural integration programming in safe and fun settings that intentionally required a mix of domestic and international student participants. The presenters map the steps to create, market, maintain, and sustain this program and ensure its legacy through staffing transition periods.
