Rana earned a master’s degree in Middle East studies and a bachelor’s degree in international studies and business management and administration, both from the City University of New York. Rana specializes in the educational systems of countries in the Middle East and North Africa. She is also well versed in the educational systems of South Asian, Southeast Asian, and Commonwealth countries.
