Kelly M. Torres, Ph.D. is the Department Chair of the Educational Psychology and Technology program at TCSPP. She also has taught numerous university-level courses in both online and face-to-face settings in content areas such as educational psychology, foundations of education, assessment, curriculum development, linguistics, and culture. Her research interests are focused on international education, heritage language learners, English language learners, teacher certification programs, and online learning.
