Usha Mohunlol is the Coordinator of the EuroScholars Head Office which is based at Leiden University in the Netherlands. In this position she supports the Executive Board and the EuroScholars Consortium in the further development and implementation of the policies and strategies for the EuroScholars Program. The EuroScholars Program is an undergraduate research abroad program. She is also the Higher Institutional Coordinator at Leiden University. Usha is also managing the Student Research Mobility Programme (STREAM). She is the team leader of the STREAM Programme; in this position she is working with several European universities to offer students research opportunities in Europe. Usha started working at Leiden University in 1998, during these years of working at Leiden University, she had several positions within the field of internationalization, international relations, and scholarships. She is the co-writer / co- editor of the article “Undergraduate Research in Study Abroad” (published in the EAIE Handbook Internationalization of Higher Education, 2014). She is a member of the EAIE (European Association for International Education) and a member of the NAFSA.
